7.3 Direct Relationship

Your relationship is directly with the travel advisor, not with Aurelle Travel. Any contracts, bookings, or agreements are between you and the advisor.

7.4 Advisor Liability

Aurelle Travel is NOT liable for:

Acts, errors, or omissions of travel advisors
Negligence or misconduct by advisors
Quality or safety of advisor services
Financial stability of advisors
Cancellations, delays, or changes made by advisors
False or misleading information provided by advisors
Privacy practices of advisors
Disputes between you and advisors

8. Travel Bookings and Services

8.1 No Professional Travel Advice

Aurelle Travel does not provide professional travel advisory services. We are a connection platform only.

8.2 Travel Requirements

You are solely responsible for:

Valid passports and travel documents
Visas and entry requirements
Health certificates and vaccinations
Travel insurance
Checking travel advisories and warnings
Understanding destination laws and customs
Age requirements for travel

8.3 Health and Safety

We do not provide medical advice. You should:

9. Pricing and Payment

Aurelle Travel's services (browsing destinations and submitting inquiries) are currently free to travelers. We earn commission from travel advisors on completed bookings.

9.2 Third-Party Fees

Travel advisors set their own fees and payment terms. Any payments for travel planning or bookings are made directly to the advisor, not to Aurelle Travel.

9.3 Price Accuracy

We are not responsible for:

Pricing errors by advisors or suppliers
Currency fluctuations
Price changes after booking
Hidden fees or surcharges
Refund policies of advisors or suppliers

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

10.1 "AS IS" Basis

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."

10.2 No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

11. Limitation of Liability

(a) The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR

11.2 Exclusion of Damages

11.3 Basis of Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations are a fundamental element of the agreement between you and Aurelle Travel, and that we would not provide services without these limitations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelle Travel, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use of our services
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your bookings or travel arrangements
Your interactions with travel advisors
Any content you submit to our platform
Your violation of any laws or regulations
Any damages caused by your actions or omissions

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.

13. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

13.1 Mandatory Arbitration

You and Aurelle Travel agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be conducted by:

American Arbitration Association (AAA) OR
JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services)

This arbitration clause does not apply to:

13.6 Opt-Out

You have 30 days from first accepting these Terms to opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@aurelle.travel with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, natural disasters)

Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies
Government actions, laws, or regulations
Strikes or labor disputes
Utility failures or telecommunications outages
Cyberattacks or security breaches
Failures of third-party service providers

During force majeure events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

15. Termination

You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
You abuse or harass other users or advisors
You attempt to harm our systems or reputation
